Marbia s.r.l. was founded in 1969 and in addition to having as its corporate purpose the publishing activity on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties, it manages real estate operations relating to the purchase, sale and direct management of assets for civil and industrial use.
Its name is given by the initials of its member Dr. Maria Bianca Mignani. Dr. Maria Francesca Delli, who graduated in Economics and Commerce in Bologna in 2000, manages the company as administrator. In 2009 and 2012, Dr. Maria Francesca Delli received the Bologna Città Civile award as a witness of civilization for having managed in an exemplary way the rehabilitation of the urban decay of some streets in the city centre.
The Marbia s.r.l. logo it is the seal of the marquisate of Mignani of the city Mignano people of the Samnites and represents a warrior with a helmet.
Marbia in 2014, through Editutto, published a book written by the poet Gabriele Via “Caravaggio, absent” to tell the story of an event in Bologna and to raise, through the Rotary District 2072, funds for polio plus. For this service, Dr. Maria Francesca Delli received her third Paul Harris from Rotary District 2072.
In recent years in Bologna it has managed long and short-term rentals of apartments, offices and shops it owns. All its valuable properties are renovated and well maintained and are in highly attractive areas.
